Privacy Policy
Effective: October 15, 2026
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Battista Academy LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our funnel and assessment pages and submit your details (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, business revenue range, and the answers you give in the assessment, calculator, and pre-call questionnaire.
Usage and device data: pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, referring URLs, and campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, content).
Cookies and similar technologies: used for analytics, advertising measurement, and to remember your session.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver your assessment results and schedule and prepare for your call.
- To contact you by email, SMS/text, and phone (including automated and pre-recorded messages where you have consented) about your results and our programs.
- To measure and improve our marketing, and to analyze how the Service is used.
- To comply with law and protect against fraud and abuse.
3. Service providers and third parties we share data with
We share information with the following processors only to operate the Service. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our CRM and communications platform, which stores your contact record and powers our email/SMS follow-up and call scheduling.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): advertising measurement and audience optimization for our ad campaigns.
- PostHog: product analytics, including, where enabled, session replay (a reconstruction of your on-page interactions) used to understand and improve the funnel.
- Wistia: video hosting and playback analytics for the videos on our pages.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, delivery, and server-side functions.
- WAVV: the messaging platform planned for the optional Profit Leak Audit text messaging program described below, once that program launches.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Profit Leak Audit text messaging program
Program status: The audit form collects a separate, optional choice for audit and appointment texts. Submitting the form without checking the SMS checkbox does not grant SMS permission. WAVV registration is pending; delivery through WAVV will begin only after approval. Existing communications through our other service providers remain subject to your consent and opt-out preferences.
What the program covers: Optional recurring automated customer-care replies about your requested Profit Leak Audit, appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling from Battista Academy, operated by Battista Academy LLC. It does not include unrelated promotions, unsolicited prospecting, or third-party offers.
How you opt in: The audit contact form offers a separate SMS checkbox that is optional and unchecked by default. You may complete the audit, book a call, or buy without checking it. The disclosure at that control reads:
I agree to automated audit and appointment texts from Battista Academy (optional). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Consent is not required to book or buy.
Program information and use: We will collect your mobile number, name, consent choice, the disclosure and version shown, the source page, and the time of your affirmative opt-in. We will use these program records to send the customer-care and appointment texts you requested, respond to you, maintain consent records, and honor communication preferences and opt-outs. Message and opt-out records will be maintained by our communications service providers.
Mobile information and consent: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent collected for this text messaging program will not be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from marketing and advertising data sharing. We may provide program information to service providers only as necessary to operate the messaging program on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and use restrictions, or when required by law. This program will not launch until these restrictions and consent/opt-out handling are in place.
Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
STOP: Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further program texts unless you opt in again. You may also email us to request an opt-out. HELP: Reply HELP for assistance or email support@battistaacademy.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the text messaging terms.
